El Abrazo, Manantiales for Mediterranean Cuisine
It’s been 10 summers ago that the chef Federico Gasparri and his wife Lucía Sosa Dias opened El Abrazo in Manantiales, their restaurant-house. From the beginning until now there were many changes, the rooms have more tables than at the beginning, the trees grew around the sand garden where every night a fire pit is lit, and in the last year, the clay oven and a bar of drinks in the entrance gained popularity.
