O’Farrell, Manantiales, New American Cuisine
The restaurant O’Farrell of Hubert and Pamela O’Farrell celebrated 17 years since its opening in San Isidro, Buenos Aires, in 2000, and opened in Manantiales, Punta del Este, for the first time in 2004, with the same style and character of the Argentine Location. The couple has worked in the great American restaurants that forged the New American Cuisine, The French Laundry of Napa Valley, Chez Panisse in San Francisco, in Australia, and Sao Paulo. The food is good but expensive!
