Alquimista, Carrasco Montevideo
Alquimista is very different from the other Restaurants in Montevideo and comes highly recommended by our friend Ryan from the Wine-Experience! This restaurant, besides being a beautiful house from the beginning of the twentieth century with very high ceilings, is full of contemporary art on the walls, Persian carpets, and tables with very comfortable chairs. The Chef is a genius without exaggeration and all the ingredients he uses are amazing. The highlight of this restaurant in addition to the great food is that it is really attended by its wonderful owners. Congratulations to them for achieving this fantastic oasis in Carrasco, Montevideo.
