Ralph Haverkate is a California trained, professional Realtor® and Broker Associate. Ralph’s diverse background makes him a natural for the real estate industry. Born and educated in Switzerland, a Dutch citizen and fluent in four languages, his 40 years of business across the globe have given him a distinctive talent for negotiation and diplomacy. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from the Swiss-French Ecole Superieur de Commerce, Neuchatel. His background includes many years with the largest tour operator in Switzerland, the high-end European fashion industry, and setting up and managing various businesses. Ralph is multi-lingual and has lived and worked in Switzerland, Canada, New York, and California. He brings his skills to real estate to manage and orchestrate the real estate process. He is very customer service, market, product, and detail-oriented.

Ralph had been working Real Estate as a licensed California Broker in the USA for manyyears before moving to Uruguay in 2012. He worked for high-end firms like HOM Sotheby’s and architectural boutique brokerages like Deasy Penner in Los Angeles. Unique properties that had architectural or historical significance were his area of expertise.

Since 2012 he specializes in Real Estate in Uruguay, and provides an international clientele with the personal attention and level of service they require to make an important decision such as purchasing a home abroad. 

Ralph’s lifelong interest in fashion, art, design, technology and artistic trends led to his passion for Mid-Century Modernism in California. In addition to international real estate, Ralph holds numerous professional designations and prides himself on staying on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.
