Typology 02 (4 bedrooms) Units 02 of ZIEL are 3- and 4-bedroom units.
The 4-bedroom units have a total area between 299 m2 and 331 m2 and consist of two suites, a bathroom for the other two bedrooms, and a toilet. The main suite features a walk-in closet and faces the park, as do the living-dining area and the defined kitchen, which are part of this typology (see attached plans alongside the photos).
Available units: – Unit 1002 – Total area: 299 m2 – Price: US$1,749,700 Living-dining area with a 20m2 balcony, defined kitchen, and main suite facing the park. The second suite and the remaining two bedrooms face Benito Blanco. – Unit 1302 – Total area: 331 m2 – Price: US$1,985,800.
