Bettina Waldraff

Born and raised in Zurich, Switzerland, Bettina speaks fluent German and English. She completed all her school studies in Switzerland and got her Bachelor Degree in Business and Marketing. Working for several different companies in Administration and Marketing gave Bettina a diverse background. The path led her through working in many different departments for the biggest Toy Company in Switzerland, being the Assistant for the Director of Operations at the Zurich Airport before switching into Marketing.  After working for a few well-known Advertising and Film Production agencies, she went on to become a Sponsoring & Event Manager at BMW Switzerland for several years before moving to North America in 1996 starting her own company with her husband together. Her move led her first to Toronto, then New York and Southern California before finally settling in Punta del Este, Uruguay in 2012. Helping her husband already with marketing and administration for years in his real estate business in California, it was an easy and natural decision to step into his footsteps and join him doing real estate in Uruguay. Bettina loves the interaction with clients from all sorts, showing them different areas and sharing her real experience and knowledge about this beautiful South American country.

Having strong skills for over 30 years in Administration, Accounting, Marketing and Organization, being detailed oriented and an entrepreneur is making her the perfect person to manage different tasks and inquiries in Uruguay. Bettina has a passion for decor and interior design and having remodeled homes and built new ones overseeing workers from A-Z, give her the edge to help clients with such projects as well. Living in different countries throughout her life and being an outgoing people person helps her to understand the different cultures and dealing with client needs from all over the world.
