Home in El Golf Area

This house is located in the heart of El Golf, Punta del Este. It was designed to exploit the characteristics of the terrain. The floor layout is linear and open, and incongruous, with two wings that generate a kind of ‚T‘. The main façade’s symmetricity is interrupted at the rear where the building opens onto a small but concentrated park which, together with the rest of the property and the swimming pool, makes a great impact. The foyer includes a large stairway and walkway with balcony leading to the master suite and the bedrooms. The BBQ, located incongruously apart, is at the same time attractively integrated into the property. In the same way, but in line with the main façade, is the garage, which is a similar size to the BBQ. The tile roofs slant outwards, the two levels in harmony with one another.
