Bettina and Ralph with E&V are the most skilled and competent real estate professionals we have known in Uruguay and we spoke to a LOT of people but my business partner and I only felt comfortable with Bettina and Ralph. My business partner and I are real estate professionals in the US and we know great service, knowledge and people who go above and beyond the call of duty. We bought a new construction condo and the complexities and negotiations due to customized modifications beginning to end took almost 1.5 years. Bettina and Ralph were spectactular, detailed-oriented and had all the resources at their fingertips to help complete the transaction smoothly, including the post-acquisition tasks of outfitting the property, arranging for deliveries, setting up utilities, installing A/C, electrical, etc. We couldn’t recommend them any more (wish there were more than 5 stars we could award to them). In fact, we wouldn’t just recommend them without reservation to anybody looking to buy, sell or lease a property in Uruguay, we would go as far as saying that if you don’t use their services, you aren’t getting the best service available.
