Description
Plantacion Narbona is a rural complex of 56 farms of 1 hectare, on Route 104, Manantiales. It is an agricultural cooperative, which has roads, water, electricity, and construction regulations, where only houses with gable roofs are allowed (flat roofs are not allowed). As for its vegetation, fruit trees predominate, generating a unified landscape. The farm has an excellent open view, mainly towards Pueblo Mío. The neighborhood has access from both Route 104 and Narbona. An area of high demand and growth, minutes from all services, the beach, and school, and close to Punta del Este and Jose Ignacio.
