This Beach house in Oceania del Polonio is located on the beach in front of the sea, affording unbeatable views stretching from Cabo Polonio to the lighthouse of La Paloma in Rocha. It is surrounded by the lush forest of Oceania del Polonio, so it is possible to immerse yourself in the natural environment with plenty of privacy. The main house is built of concrete and has three levels. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with views of the dunes and access to a private deck, garage, and storage space. On the first level, we find the living room, kitchen, and dining room, all with large windows affording fabulous views of the sea and access to a deck. On the upper floor, there is the master suite with a bathroom, dressing room, and deck. There is a wood stove that provides heating to the two upper floors, so the house is suitable for living in during winter. The house connects, via a walkway, to an independent and impeccably restored old cabin with a kitchen, bathroom, and loft bedroom. Ideal as a guest house, studio, or rental unit.
