It was built in 2019 and the white wood finishes give it a warm beach-style ambiance. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with plenty of storage cupboards, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom, which both have access to a terrace in the back. On the upper floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a high-performance fireplace, large windows providing an abundance of light in the room, a formal dining room, and a spacious exterior terrace to enjoy outdoor meals. In the backyard is a BBQ/grill area and a utility room. Just in front of the property on the other side of the road is an access to the beach and the well-known nearby restaurant La Susana can be reached on foot.  There is also an outdoor parking space, alarm system and all rooms have air conditioning.
