This Residence on the lake in Pueblo Mio, built and designed for year-round living in terms of thermal insulation and heating, has spacious social areas and comfortable bedrooms. Upon entering, we have a spacious and bright living room, which has both air conditioning and a high-performance stove. In the right wing we have a small office and the bedrooms which are all en-suite, the bathroom of the master bedroom has a double sink, shower, and a whirlpool bathtub, from where you can see the view of the lagoon, and a comfortable dressing room. In the left wing, we find the social bathroom, the dining room, and the kitchen with the island included. Leaving through the kitchen, there is a separate module, where there is the maid’s room and the laundry room with an independent door. Leaving through the living room to the back deck, there is the swimming pool and over the lagoon, the closed barbecue, with stone cladding on the grill and wooden floors, from there you can appreciate the view of the lagoon both from inside the barbecue and from its deck, you have direct access to the lagoon by a dock with a fire pit included. Outside there is another separate module, which has a cozy living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It also has a large garage, which accommodates three cars with great ease.
