A few meters from Route 104, and just minutes from Manantiales, we find this 36-hectare Estancia in Camino Medellin. It includes a main house with three en-suite bedrooms (one for staff), a guest house with four en-suite bedrooms, and a two-bedroom caretakers’ house. It was built in 2016 with solid materials, windows with hermetic double glazing, smooth cement floors, and lapacho in the master suite. It is heated by a high-performance stove in the living room (with ventilation to the rest of the house), AC in all rooms, and a wood-burning stove in the master bedroom. Furthermore, it also has a large barbecue area and swimming pool. It is oriented to the northwest, receiving sunlight throughout the day and views at sunset. Within the perimeter of the finca, there are two reservoirs that add to the lovely views enjoyed from the house, which sits on the highest part of the plot.
