Restored Historic Estancia in Rocha with Expansive Country Views

Discover an exquisite residence offering refined rural living in this historic estancia located in the serene Rocha area. This remarkable property, set on 81 hectares, embodies elegance and tranquility, surrounded by stunning landscapes that include a picturesque pool, a serene lake, and sprawling horse fields.

The centerpiece of this magnificent estate is the beautifully restored stone mansion, originally from the 19th century, which underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2009/2010. The mansion features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with classic design elements using granite stones and lapacho wood. The high-quality construction ensures comfort with excellent insulation, keeping the home cool during summer due to the thick walls and meticulous attention to detail in the carpentry.

The estate is home to 10 hectares of eucalyptus trees, planted in 2009/2010, and 2 hectares of olive orchards established in 2010/2011. Horse lovers will appreciate the 15 hectares of fenced grazing fields, while the remaining land presents opportunities for future developments such as vineyards or an estancia turistica. Additional features include a large garage suitable for a car, tractor, and farming equipment, as well as a service house with one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Indulge in panoramic views of distant mountains and lagoons, with the sea visible on the horizon. This property offers a unique blend of nature and family-friendly amenities, such as an elegant BBQ area, and opportunities for outdoor entertaining.
