Description
In the department of Canelones in Uruguay, located near the town of Atlántida close to Montevideo and with direct access to route 11, this Vineyard for sale of 89 hectares is planted with Tannat grapes (12 hectares), Verdello and Viognier grapes (2 hectares). A glen is crossing the land with a small dam to ensure water supply all year round. The harvest is mainly sold to local producers. A small amount is self-produced and has already won prices. It has the potential to become a wine tourist lodge, and a concept of how to develop such a wine-tasting place has already been drafted. Some facilities, like 3 houses, already exist and could be transformed into a guest house, a winery with degustation, or an event facility. Cold storage plant, tractor, and fumigation system are included. In March 2023, a new harvest is expected to produce about 160.000 liters.
