Apartment on the Pocitos promenade

Building of 10 floors in the 70s with only two units per floor and a permanent doorman on the Pocitos promenade. Large terrace at the front of the unit to which all the reception and two bedrooms have access. The master bedroom was extended on the terrace space to generate space for the formation of a dressing room. The building has two elevators (main and service) and a corridor that connects both floors. The hallway has direct access to the living room and dining room, which together have a 12 m front to the bay of Pocitos with a cinematic view and exit to a large terrace. The unit was completely renovated a little more than 10 years ago and new heavy-line aluminum openings with DVH glass (thermopanel) have been placed on the facade. The building is located on Benito Blanco Avenue in front of the Plaza Espacio Libre Ruben Dario and therefore from a very high floor with a full view of the Bay of Pocitos. It is an area very well surrounded by services, supermarkets, clubs, cabs, bus stops, etc. and almost a southern point of Pocitos neighborhood.
