Producing Olive Farm off Ruta 39 with Own Brand

Only about 11 kilometers from San Carlos away, we find this magnificent producing Olive Farm off Ruta 39 with own brand of olive oil situated on 40 hectares. Currently there are approx. 5,500 olive trees planted on 20 hectares which are producing a high quality olive oil and is sold to the local market, restaurants and stores. The farm also features a well built and maintained main house with 3 bedrooms en suite, living room with fireplace, full kitchen, covered barbecue and swimming pool, work shed and care taker house with three bedrooms and kitchen. There is also a vegetable garden and a small atelier with bathroom or it could be used as a guest house. Its topography is undulating and beautiful and the property features also several natural water ponds. The farm is expected to produce about 35 tons of olives which will end up with about 4,000 to 5,000 liters of olive oil in 2016.
