Cala del Yacht is born to give a new experience to Carrasco. It is a project designed to improve the lives of residents and those who want to come and enjoy a shopping promenade, with bars, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, markets and stores. Very soon, Carrasco will have a new commercial space, with everything, in a location surrounded by green spaces and on the shores of a lake. MASTERPLAN: The project consists of three stages. The first, a residential tower and a commercial tower. The buildings will be exempt from the perimeter, which will allow free facades to optimize the views of the surroundings. The units will have terraces overlooking the lake and the park. For later stages, four complementary towers are planned on Racine Avenue, with an expansion of the commercial and parking program.
