Beach House near La Huella in Jose Ignacio

This beach house near La Huella in Jose Ignacio is ideal for enjoying the summer holidays.  The location is top and within the town of Jose Ignacio and only about 100 meters away from the Brava Beach.  The house was built for summer use and does not have heating nor air conditioning.  It consists of two floors connected via an interior and exterior staircase. The upper floor comprises a living and dining room with large windows and access to a spacious terrace with a BBQ/grill. There is also a guest toilet and the kitchen, which is leading to a second balcony overlooking a nice garden and views at the back of the house. The ground floor contains three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and direct access to the garden. The two other bedrooms share a full bathroom. An excellent choice for those, who wish to get around on foot to the beaches, restaurants, and shops in José Ignacio.
